Pricing
Send the later bill. No saving on it, no success fee.
Nothing up front on a one-off review. Monitoring is $99 a month for up to 5 locations, billed in advance, and cuts the success fee to 25%. When a saving is confirmed on a bill at least 60 days after the report, one invoice: a share of up to twelve months of it, once. Didn't act? One line under 3.5 below ends it. Every term below comes from the client agreement.

Illustrative. Year one is twelve months of the saving, less the success fee and, on monitoring, the subscription, which continues monthly until you end it. Savings above $250,000 a month work the same way; the dial just has to stop somewhere.
Monitoring
A review reads one month. Monitoring reads every month.
Prices can move after a review. A new fee can appear on a statement, a markup can change, a utility can revise its tariff. Monitoring reads each statement as it is issued, so a change can be caught in the month it appears.
- The statement arrives. You add a private DEKALOS address as a statement recipient in each vendor's portal, once. A bill that cannot be sent there, you forward.
- It is read, then deleted. Each bill is reduced to its figures and checked against the published price or filed tariff. The document is then deleted.
- You receive a monthly report. Each account's recent months side by side, which way each price moved, and any finding. For card processing it arrives as one short email with the full report attached.
What it covers
- All four bills at up to 5 business addresses, for $99 a month; $15 a month for each address beyond.
- A success fee of 25% of 12 months on each confirmed saving, the first and any later one, instead of 35%.
- Month to month, billed in advance, no free trial. It stops at the end of the month you ask.
- Three referrals that become clients credit $1,188, a full year at up to 5 addresses, at $396 each.
Against a one-off review
- At up to 5 addresses, monitoring keeps more in year one once a saving passes $990 a month; each address beyond 5 raises that by $150. Below it, a one-off review keeps more.
- In year two, at up to 5 addresses, monitoring costs $1,188 plus 25% of anything new it finds. A one-off review costs nothing further, and checks nothing further.

What counts as a saving
- The drop in the monthly charge a finding names, from the bill we reviewed to your first bill at least 60 days after the report, at that later bill's usage.
- A smaller drop means a smaller fee. No drop, no fee.
- A saving that matches a finding still counts if you get it yourself within 12 months of the report, by negotiating or switching vendor.
- No success fee is invoiced when a report's total fee would be under $100.
Agreement3.5
If you don't act, say so
- Within 75 days of the report, send the later bill, or one line saying you didn't act. That line ends it: no fee, unless a matching saving follows within 12 months.
- If a matching saving comes within 12 months, tell us within 30 days and send the bill that shows it.
- If we hear nothing, we send a reminder. If 15 days pass with no reply, the fee is worked out from the monthly saving the report estimated. For an old electricity peak, only the months before it rolls off count, and nothing counts if the report names no month.
Agreement3.2A
Electricity: an old peak that would fall off anyway
- When a finding is that you're billed on an old peak, the report names the month that peak leaves the tariff's look-back.
- The fee counts only the months before then, never more than 12.
- If the report can't name the month, the drop counts only when the utility confirms in writing that it reset the demand at your request.
Agreement4.14.34.46.2–6.4
Paying
- In US dollars, or in Canadian dollars for a saving billed in Canadian dollars. Due 7 days from the invoice date.
- A success fee over $1,500 can be paid in equal monthly instalments: up to 5 on a one-off review, 3 on monitoring. No interest, the same total. Ask in writing before the due date. Once agreed, the instalments don't change if the saving later ends.
- An invoice unpaid 30 days after its date, or an instalment 30 days after it falls due, bears 1% a month.
- Monitoring: $99 a month for up to 5 locations, $15 a month for each one beyond. Billed monthly in advance, no free trial, ends at the end of the month you tell us.
Agreement1.5
Before you sign
- We can send a free summary first: the estimated total, how many findings, and which bill they concern. No fee on it.
- The itemised report comes after you sign.
Agreement5.15.2
Referrals
- Each new business that names you, and only you, when it signs, and pays its first invoice in full, takes $396 off your next invoice.
- Unused credit carries over. It is a credit, not cash.
Send one bill. See what it holds.
Commits you to nothing. A free summary can come first; the itemised report once you sign.
