Choose the statement

On a phone: download the statement from your processor's site first, then choose it from Downloads.
Check the two figures everything rests on
Statements print several lines that all look like a total. Confirm which is your card volume for the month and which is the total you were charged. If none of these is right, type the figure from the statement.
Three details the statement does not say
This is everything DEKALOS will receive
Your business name, merchant number and account details are not in it. Any long number inside a fee label has been replaced with [redacted].
Worth knowing
This one is too long for some email programs to carry in a link, so copy the text and paste it into a new message to contact@dekalos.com.
The reply is either findings with the arithmetic behind each one, or a direct answer that your pricing is within the fair range.
