These are the base charges in Otter Tail Power's commercial rate schedules that DEKALOS covers, from what Otter Tail Power Company filed with its state regulator: the fixed charge, the demand charge and the energy charge, each with the date it took effect and the sheet it comes from. Where a sheet splits one charge into parts, the price here is their sum. The schedule on a bill is printed near the meter readings, as the rate, the rate schedule or the service classification.

What these prices leave out

These prices are DEKALOS's arithmetic: each base charge Otter Tail Power Company filed, multiplied by the Interim Rate Adjustment it filed (19.16%, Section 13.12; interim rates, subject to refund). A bill may print the base charge and the adjustment as separate lines. Other riders, surcharges, taxes and the energy adjustment are not included, so they are not a bill’s total, and a gap between the two is not by itself a mistake.
