What these prices leave out
These prices are DEKALOS's arithmetic: the demand and energy charges Indiana Michigan Power Company (AEP) filed, less the Phase-In Rate Adjustment it filed (Sheet 52, a credit). A bill may print the base charge and the adjustment as separate lines. Other riders, surcharges, taxes and the fuel or power-cost adjustment are not included, so they are not a bill’s total, and a gap between the two is not by itself a mistake.
