What these prices leave out
These are base charges as Central Maine Power Company filed them. Riders, surcharges, taxes and the supply of the electricity itself are not included, so they are not a bill’s total, and a gap between the two is not by itself a mistake.
In this state you can buy the electricity itself from a supplier of your choice, so Central Maine Power's schedules price delivery only. The supply half of the bill is priced by your supplier's contract or the utility's default service, and is not on this page.
